MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - The CEO of Shape Corporation is facing a 5-year felony for a fiery sports car crash in Norton Shores that injured both his passenger and him.
Thomas DeVoursney had no alcohol or drugs in his system when he wrecked his 2006 Ford GT on Sternberg Road in September 2011. He lost control of the car, skidded across five lanes of traffic and slammed into a pole, police said.
DeVoursney, 53, and his 52-year-old passenger, Anthony Wilson, were seriously hurt.
He faces a charge of driving causing serious impairment of a body function.
