Pedestrian killed in Muskegon car crash

Police: Driver didn't appear intoxicated

MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - A vehicle hit and killed a pedestrian in Muskegon the night of Feb. 22, Sgt. Patrick Zeigler of the Muskegon Department of Public Safety told 24 Hour News 8.

The crash occurred in the area of W. Laketon Avenue and Hudson Street around 11:53 p.m.

The victim has been identified as a male.

There was no indication that the driver involved was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The driver has not been arrested nor received a ticket.

This investigation in continuing. No other details are available at this time.
