Muskegon man dies in motorcycle crash

MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - A 40-year-old Muskegon man died after the motorcycle he was riding went over a curb and crashed into a moving truck.

Muskegon police told 24 Hour News 8 the accident happened just before 1 p.m. Sunday in the area of Laketon Avenue and Smith Street.

Witnesses told police Donald Lamb was traveling west on Laketon Avenue when he slowly began moving across the eastbound lanes, went over the curb and struck the truck that was parked at a business.

Lamb was airlifted to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
