MUSKEGON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A Muskegon Little Caesars restaurant was significantly damaged after a fire began in the pizzeria around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The restaurant, inside a strip mall on Apple Avenue near Quarterline Road, was empty at the time the fire started.

Little Caesars suffered heat and smoke damage, and three nearby businesses also suffered heavy smoke damage.

Firefighters said they put it out in about 20 minutes. A cause has not yet been determined.
