MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - The man found Monday morning floating in Lake Michigan has been identified by authorities as Joseph Hall, 58, of Muskegon Heights.

Hall was found around 7 a.m. at Pere Marquette Park by a public works employee in about two feet of water.

Emergency personnel found the man floating in Lake Michigan about 50 yards south of the South Break Wall, authorities said Monday.

An autopsy performed Tuesday determined the death to be an accidental drowning.
