MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - A 17-year-old girl, out on bond after being arraigned for using a shovel and lighter fluid on a woman, was arrested September 13 for breaking and entering.

Candra LaShawn Brown was already facing felony charges after she allegedly hit a woman with a shovel and threw lighter fluid on her and threatened to set her on fire when she was picked up with three others for breaking into a vacant house in the 400 block of Muskegon Avenue Sunday afternoon.

In June, she was also convicted of trying to resist and obstruct an officer, then arraigned as an habitual offender.

Brown allegedly swung the shovel at the woman's head after a neighborhood argument over a potential stolen bike. The shovel missed the woman's head but hit her in the arm.

Now, she is officially charged with malicious destruction of a building under $200 for the breaking and entering charge.
