MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - Muskegon police are no longer investigating a report by a mother of four that her house was broken into and all her Christmas presents stolen.
Andrea Robar called police Wednesday after she returned home from picking up her oldest son from school. The door of her house in the 1200 block of Holt Street had been kicked in, she told police.
All of her wrapped presents were gone as well as other valuables, she said.
Now, though, police are questioning whether it happened. There are no suspects and no witnesses.
Since 2001, Robar has pleaded guilty to five thefts and lied in other cases. Since 2001, Robar has pleaded guilty to five thefts and lied in other cases. She was in prison from January 2003-August 2004 and stayed on parole until 2007.
She told 24 Hour News 8 Thursday that, despite her past, she was a crime victim in this case.
