MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. (WOOD) - Police in Muskegon Heights need your help in tracking down an SUV that they consider a "vehicle of interest" in connection with a shooting earlier this week.
Two people were hurt in the Tuesday evening shooting on Maffett Street near Summit Avenue.
A source told 24 Hour News 8 that one man was shot in the back. The victim was taken to a hospital and his condition is unknown. A second victim also showed up at a hospital, also with an unknown condition.
Police have not yet provided any information regarding a suspect.
But on Friday they released surveillance photos of an SUV spotted at a gas station. The vehicle is a Ford Expedition, black or dark blue in color, with chrome wheels possibly custom but original factory size, and tinted windows.
