GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A memorial is planned for Saturday for a motorcyclist from West Michigan who died after a car crossed the center line of a Wisconsin highway and hit 10 motorcycles.
Clock Life Story Funeral Home says the gathering is at the Twin Lake home of 59-year-old Daniel Winsemius. He was killed Thursday in the wreck that left nine others injured in Fond du Lac County. Sheriff's officials say the motorcyclists involved were from Muskegon County.
Winsemius was a member of the Muskegon Motorcycle Gang.
Capt. Dean Will of the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department told WLUK that as of Monday, three of the crash victims remain in the intensive care unit at a Neenah, Wisc. hospital.
Two other motorcyclists are still at a Fond du Lac hospital, Will said. One is expected to be released Monday. The other is listed in fair condition and could be released as early as Wednesday.
