MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. (WOOD) - A man has died two weeks after he was shot in the head in Muskegon Heights as police still look for the man responsible.
Frank Harris, 33, was shot in front of his home around 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 15 when he went outside to break up a fight.
He was taken to a Muskegon hospital, where he was placed on life support pending organ donation.
Two days after the shooting, police released a warrant for Craig Lewis. He faces charges of assault with intent to murder, felony firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, and being a habitual offender (fourth offense).
It's possible that those charges will be altered now that Harris has died.
Lewis is considered armed and dangerous, and police ask you o call the Muskegon Heights Police Department at 231.733.8900 or Silent Observer if you know his whereabouts.
