MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - Michael Sheehy is only blaming stupidity for his actions that caused major damage to a woman's home when his car nearly hit her while she raked leaves.

Sheehy was driving 50mph down 6th Street in Muskegon Heights trying to jump the railroad tracks. He thinks the axle broke on his Monte Carlo. He lost control, flipped the car and crashed into the woman's home.

He was arrested and will be charged with reckless driving - a misdemeanor - and a felony child endangerment charge. He was out on bond Friday.

When asked what he was thinking, Sheehy said, "I have no idea."
