STANTON, Mich. (WOOD) - Police in Montcalm County are investigating two apparent similar break-ins.
Deputies were dispatched at 8:06 a.m. Monday morning to Settlement Lutheran Church, 1031 S. Johnson Road in Gowen. Deputies arrived and noticed a food pantry and the main church building had been burglarized.
Evidence from the scene showed someone in a vehicle dropped off the two burglars at the crime scene.
Then at 9:36 a.m., police received a 911 call about a break-in at Michael's Farm Market, 1944 N. Greenville Road in Stanton.
It appeared two people and a getaway vehicle were also involved in this crime.
Stolen property from the scenes includes computers and money.
