MAPLE VALLEY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - Authorities didn't find the suspects at the scene, but did come across quite the evidence trail after locating a stolen vehicle.
The four-door 2000 Kia Sportage was reported stolen to Howard City police on Sept. 17.
Montcalm County sheriff's deputies located the vehicle on Peapke Road near McBride Road in Maple Valley Township at 8:45 p.m. Sunday.
