Sheriff's deputies and Greenville Department of Public Safety officers conducted the investigation at 2 a.m. Saturday at a room at Flat River Inn & Suites in Greenville
Authorities talked with three people and a consent search was conducted at the room at 1104 W. Washington St., according to a news release.
During the investigation, it was determined that one of the suspects -- a male -- had several outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Two female suspects were found to be in possession of prescription narcotics, drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine, police said.
