GAINES TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - The Steelcase Corporate Development Center ("The Pyramid") in Kent County has a listing price of $19.5 million.
This is according to a news release from a marketing team led by Van W. Martin of the Lansing office (CBRE|Martin), along with Drew Miller of the Grand Rapids office (CBRE|Grand Rapids) and Mark Collins of the Detroit office.
The building is located on 125 acres near 60th Street and E. Paris Avenue in Gaines Township, and is priced well below replacement cost, officials said.
It will be vacated at the end of the year, as a result of Steelcase's decision to consolidate its product development and office staff on its Grand Rapids corporate campus.
The 663,671-square foot, 16-story tall building was built in 1986.
