Motorcyclist crashes into deer

Man was airlifted to a hospital

    CEDAR SPRINGS, Mich. (WOOD) - A 56-year-old man from Gowen suffered life-threatening injuries after his motorcycle crashed into a deer.

    It happened just after 5:30 a.m. Tuesday on 18 Mile Road near Shaner Avenue NE near Cedar Springs.

    The man, his bike and the deer went about 50 feet after the collision.

    The man was airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

    The deer died at the scene.
