CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A motorcyclist died Thursday morning, police say, after a vehicle pulled out in front of him.
Joshua Cook, 21, of Fremont was riding on 28th Street, west of I-96, near the McDonald's restaurant.
State police told 24 Hour News 8 that Kim Aquirre, 43, of Lake Odessa was driving out of the parking lot and collided with Cook around 7:45 a.m.
Police are sending the case to the Kent County Prosecutor's Office to see if any charges will be filed.
