KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) - The man wanted in connection to two separate cases of sexual assault in Kentwood who pleaded no contest to several charges as part of a plea deal on Feb. 3 was sentenced Feb. 28.
Antonio Washington pleaded no contest to two counts of assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, according to authorities.
As part of Washington's plea deal, one count of criminal sexual conduct and one count of being an habitual offender charges have been dropped.
Washington was sentenced to four and a half to 10 years on the first count and 38 months to 10 years in prison for the second count.
Washington is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl at the Pheasant Ridge Apartments in Kentwood on Nov. 16.
According to the Kentwood Police Department, Washington, also known as "Toto," was also wanted in connection to a similar incident that took place in mid-October that also involved in a juvenile girl.
