Police: Drunk teen broke into home

ALGOMA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A 17-year-old male was arrested for allegedly breaking into a Kent County home early Monday morning.

Two sheriff's deputies were dispatched at 6 a.m. Monday to investigate a home invasion in the 300 block of Indian Bluffs Court NE in Algoma Township.

When they arrived they found the teen who police said was intoxicated, according to a news release.

The suspect from Belmont was taken into custody.
