WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) - A convicted sex offender with an apparent foot fetish now faces more charges.

Benjamin Walcott was charged in the Wyoming District Court on Wednesday on two felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender and working or loitering in a student safety zone.

He already faces two counts of accosting a minor for immoral purposes and an attempted second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.

According to Kent County Detectives, Walcott, 30, told an 8-year-old him to use his feet on Walcott's groin area and other parts of his body to pick up items.

Walcott was convicted of after a similar incident out of Grandville in 2001 and was charged in 2009 for comparable acts in several jurisdictions.

In 2010, he pleaded guilty to a count of working in a student safety zone in Ionia County.

Walcott waived his preliminary exam on Wednesday, sending the new charges to circuit court.
