GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - When Fred Meijer died on Nov. 25, many people were left wondering what would happen to the company he left behind.
On Thursday, Meijer Corp. released a video answering that question.
"Because of our dad, Meijer will always be more than just a company," the video says.
The video assures customers that the company will remain family-owned, headed up by Meijer's sons, who have been co-chairs of the supermarket chain for more than 20 years.
