Car drives off road, bursts into flames

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - It happened around 7:20 p.m. on westbound I-96 just east of Fulton Street.
The car was weaving in and out of traffic and then went off the highway. It then caught fire.
The crash shut down one westbound lane for about an hour as authorities cleaned up the scene.
The driver was the only person in the vehicle and was not hurt.
