The woman suspended from Pine Rest Mental Health Services will stand trial on charges for criminal sexual conduct.

Psychologist Brandee Leigh Peikert, 40, waived her hearing Tuesday on felony charges of the fourth-degree CSC and computer crimes against a former client. The case moves to Kent County Circuit Court.

She is accused of assaulting a female patient and harassing her.

Peikert, who worked at Pine Rest for 5 1/2 years, is free on bond. She faces up to four years in prison, if convicted.
