GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - When a crime goes unsolved for years -- or in some cases, decades -- many times, the trail of clues goes cold.
But that's where special investigators come in, trying to crack cases that have largely been forgotten by the public; but never by the victims' families.
Kent County has two new investigators on these crimes, working to find hot leads in cases gone cold.
