CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - After years of planning and construction, visitors will be able to park in the new structure at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport on Wednesday.
The opening of the new closed-in parking facilities is set for noon Wednesday. A formal dedication ceremony for the new Transit Station will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
But it won't be until December 1 when the entire project will be officially dedicated to the public with a formal ceremony.
24 Hour News 8 will have updates to this story as the opening draws near.
