ROCKFORD, Mich. (WOOD0 - A Cedar Springs man captured a photo of what he believes is a black bear on Christmas Day.

Todd Adamczak's hunting camera captured the photo of the bear. The camera is set up near 12 Mile and Northland Drive in Rockford.

Adamczak said he has not contacted the DNR about the bear.

In October, a black bear was sighted near Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids. That bear was later hit and killed by a car on I-96 near Leonard Street.
