GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Around Saranac, Donald Dietz was known as the Bicycle Man. He's been missing since September 2007, and now two men are indicted for kidnapping and murdering him for his money.

Rami Saba was arraigned in federal court Friday, and Raogo Ouedrago will be arraigned Wednesday.

For Dietz's family, it's been a long time coming.

"He was one of the nicest guys I ever met in my life," said his brother, Marv Dietz. "He just would never hurt anybody, he was just an all around nice guy, and for these guys to take advantage of him like that, right when he's ready to start spending his retirement money, it's just unconscionable."

Donald Dietz's body has never been found.

"Every four or five months, something new keeps popping up and it furthers our, makes our case more sucessful - and that, that's the only thing that keeps us going."

The Dietz family hopes to learn where Donald's body is.

"We don't know if they're going to let us know where our brother's remains are, but hopefully one of them do that eventually," Marv Dietz told 24 Hour News 8.
