CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A six-vehicle accident had traffic on I-96 backed up for nearly four miles Friday evening.
It happened around 8 p.m. on eastbound I-96 near Whitneyville Road in Cascade Township.
None of the occupants suffered severe injuries.
Traffic was down to one lane and moving slowly for more than an hour.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation by Michigan State Police.
