Student, guard hurt in school scuffle
Injuries from pepper spray

KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - Two students were arrested after a student and a security guard suffered minor injuries from pepper spray in connection with a fight at Kalamazoo Central High School.
A Kalamazoo Public Schools spokesman told 24 Hour News 8 a fight occurred around noon Wednesday between two groups of students.
A security guard tried to break up the scuffle, and was hit by one of the students.
Police were then called to the school and had to use pepper spray to disperse the crowd.
Two students were arrested.
Parents of students will receive a news release from the district recapping what happened.
