KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) - The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety needs the public's assistance in solving four homicide cases.
Silent Observer is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrests of any of the suspects.
Troy Scott, 51, was found murdered in the trunk of a vehicl on Nov. 5, 2009 in the driveway of an abandoned home in the 800 block of Gibson Street. The investigation has been ongoing but an arrest has eluded detectives, according to a news release.
Joseph Salib, 38, was murdered inside his home in the 1500 block of Beacon Street on Oct. 3, 2010. The investigation has uncovered much information as to the circumstances surrounding his death, however a suspect has yet to be arrested, police said.
Eric Coleman, 22, was murdered in the 1300 block of N. Rose Street on March 8, 2012. He was likely not the intended target, police said, and it is known there were numerous people in the area at the time of the shooting.
Jheryl Wright, 25, was murdered in front of the Quick Stop Convenience Store, 1405 Portage St., on Sept. 30, 2012. Tips have slowed considerably in the six weeks since this incident occurred, police said.
KDPS asks if anyone with information on any of these investigations to call them at 269.337.8994 or Silent Observer at 269.343.2100.
