OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A young man, identified by police as being responsible for a triple shooting in April, is considered armed and dangerous, and being actively sought by authorities.
Tyshaun Robinson is wanted for the April 11 shootings at Concord Place Apartments in Oshtemo Township that left three people wounded. Robinson is wanted for three counts of attempted murder and three counts or armed robbery.
Detectives have talked with Robinson by phone, but he has not yet been arrested.
At the time of the shooting, police said two suspects entered an apartment around 4 p.m. and opened fire.
Three of the four people in the apartment were shot. One person jumped out of a window to safety. None of the injuries was life-threatening.
Kalamazoo County Undersheriff Paul Matyas said then the shooting appears to have been specific to the people who live in the apartment.
He said there is no indication that it was random, that the victims were likely targets, and the shooting appears to have been isolated.
