KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) - A sleeping man suffered second- and third-degree burns when his Kalamazoo house caught on fire late Monday night.
Shortly before 10 p.m., firefighters arrived in the 1000 block of Osborne Street and found the second floor of the home in flames.
The 41-year-old man was able to escape the fire and was taken to Bronson Hospital for treatment. He's listed in stable condition.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
