KALAMAZOO, Jich. (WOOD) - A Kalamazoo man was found guilty of killing a man and critically wounding another in April 2012.
Marcus Robinson was found guilty Tuesday of second-degree murder in the death of Brian Tolson, Jr.
Robinson, 24, was arrested after he shot Tolson, 19, outside Village Square Apartments on S. Ninth Street in Oshtemo Township after a fight.
Robinson was also found guilty of assault with intent to commit great bodily harm less than murder in the shooting of Jerrad Boothe, 24, who sustained critical injuries but survived.
He was also found guilty of felony use of a firearm, felon in possession of a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.
Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 11. Robinson could spend the rest of his life in prison.
