Boyfriend killed; roommate arrested
34-year-old man held in death

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) - A man fighting with his girlfriend was killed in Kalamazoo early Sunday morning, and the police arrested the roommate.
Around 3:23 a.m., police said in a news release, officers were called to the 700 block of Cedar Street. Authorities told 24 Hour News 8 the domestic dispute was in progress when the roommate came home and became involved.
They found Luke Vincent, 24, with a severe head injury. The Kalamazoo man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers arrested a 34-year-old Kalamazoo man. Brian Dwight Peterson was arraigned on Tuesday on a charge of open murder.
