Man shot in Battle Creek

No suspect arrested

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) - A man is in critical condition after being shot in Battle Creek early Wednesday morning.

Police were dispatched at 12:36 a.m. near 37 High St. and saw the Battle Creek resident suffering from his gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to a hospital.

Nobody is in custody for shooting the man, and police have not released a suspect description.
