Ambert Alert for Kansas girl canceled

EL DORADO, Kansas (WOOD) - An Amber Alert was canceled for a girl from El, Dorado, Kan. who may be in Michigan.

Police issued the alert for 12-year-old Brandy T. Gray who was believed to be in extreme danger after being allegedly abducted by 20-year-old Kenneth Stewart McGill.

But the Amber Alert was canceled at 4:44 p.m. Friday. No further information is known at this time.

Gray is a white girl, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black-dyed hair, which is naturally brown. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and white shoes at 1:30 a.m. Thursday at her home.

McGill is 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 139 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. Police did describe his race in a news release.

McGill and Brandy may be in a white 2006 Chevrolet Impala with an Ontario, Canada license plate BMZH238, and in the Kinyon Lake area of I-69 near the Calhoun/Eaton county line.
