BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) - No charges will be filed against a party store clerk who shot to death a man who was robbing him in December, prosecutors ruled Friday.
After reviewing the case, Calhoun County Prosecutor David Gilbert ruled the clerk acted in self-defense.
Surveillance video shows the short but deadly interaction between a man trying to rob a party store and the clerk who shot him to death.
