SACRAMENTO, Calif. (WOOD) - A man has been arrested in California in connection to a 2007 murder.
On Aug. 7, 2007, Daniel McNeil was found lying in a pool of his own blood in Kalamazoo, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
NcNeil was able to describe two suspects to police, and died shortly thereafter from his injuries.
Charges were issued for Roderique Rolark -- now 24 and living in Sacramento, Calif. -- last week. Rolark was arrested by Kalamazoo detectives and Sacramento police on Tuesday.
He is currently awaiting extradition to Michigan.
In February 2008, Christopher Levitt was convicted of the murder and sentenced to life in prison.
