KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) - One of two men accused in connection with a homicide that occurred earlier this year has been arrested
Harry Albert Mathews II, 42, from Kalamazoo was taken into custody on a five-count warrant for accessory after the fact, felony firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, felony firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.
Police continue to search for Samuel Steel, 43, from Kalamazoo. A warrant has been issued for open murder, assault with intent to murder, felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of felony firearm. He is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Milo Conklin, 25, was shot on April 24 in the 600 block of Mabel Street in Kalamazoo. He later died at Bronson Hospital. Police found another person hit by gunfire, but that 51-year-old Kalamazoo man refused treatment. His injuries were minor.
