GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A man accused of convincing a 12-year-old Ionia County girl to make at least two sex video was indicted Friday in US District Court.

Floyd Andrew Brown Jr. is accused of producing at least two videos on Jan. 7, 2012 in Ionia County. It's alleged he persuaded the tween to engage in sexually explicit conduct.

Brown, also known as Andy Brown, was indicted Thursday and was arrested Friday.
