Motorcyclist dragged under truck

WOODLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A motorcyclist died Sunday afternoon after crossing the center line and hitting an oncoming truck in Barry County.
The accident happened around 2:10 p.m, near the intersection of E. Brown Rd. and Velt Rd. in Woodland Township.
Richard Hill Jr., 42, was driving a motorcylce when he crossed the center line on E. Brown Rd. He was hit by a Marcia Yoder, 63, and was dragged under her truck.
A neighbor heard the accident and rushed home to get a forklift to lift the truck off the motorcyclist.
The motorcycle driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
