GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A woman was shot to death in a home on the southeast side of Grand Rapids late Friday night.
Police identified her as 47-year-old Roybin Lyn Griggs-Johnson, according to an updated news release.
Officers were called to the house in the 700 block of Prince Street SE, near Franklin Street and Eastern Avenue SE. They found a female who died from an apparent gunshot wound.
The Grand Rapids Police Major Case Team is investigating, but it has not been unable to locate a suspect or a motive for the crime.
A medical examiner will perform an autopsy on the woman.
