GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The woman who set a halfway house on fire in July 2012 has entered into a plea agreement.

Ashely Harris pleaded guilty to arson of a dwelling in Kent County Circuit Court. One count of third-degree being a habitual offender was dropped as part of a plea agreement.

Harris used lighter fluid to set the Charity Recovery House on Francis SE ablaze. No one was hurt in that fire.

The Charity Recovery House has been here for nine years, and takes in homeless people with addiction problems.

Harris had been visiting her boyfriend at the house and became upset before setting the fire.

Harris will be sentenced Feb. 5, but has already been ordered to pay restitution to the tune of $72,293.
