GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Grand Rapids police are looking for a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 21-year-old woman Tuesday night.
The victim told police she was walking near Andre Street and Horton Avenue SE around 9:50 p.m. when she was approached by a man who attempted to engage her in conversation.
Then, she said, the man physically and sexually assaulted her.
The man fled after the assault and the victim called police.
The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 25 and 35. He is about 6 feet 5 inches tall with a stocky build and light facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with a white Nike swoosh on it, and a gray sweater.
