GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The Sundance Grill & Bar is moving to a larger space that will offer outdoor seating.
The restaurant inside the Trust Building, 40 Pearl St. NW, will soon be located right around the corner in the Waters Building, 151 Ottawa Ave. NW. It will occupy space once owned by The Ottawa Tavern, which closed down.
The $400,000 expansion project includes a full-service bar and expanded banquet facilities, and will add an unspecified amount of new jobs within the community.
"We successfully served our customers from the Trust Building, but I am really excited about what this new space has to offer,” Jeff Lobdell, president of Restaurant Partners, Inc., said in a news release.
Construction of the 8,300-square-foot building will begin later this month, while its current location will remain open until the new establishment is complete.
