GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - About 180 employers will be at a job fair designed for college students and alumni in downtown Grand Rapids Tuesday.
The fair at DeVos Place is free but only open to current students and alums who are looking for jobs and internships.
The fair is coordinated by Grand Valley State University and supported by Aquinas College, Baker College, Calvin College, Cornerstone University, Davenport University, Ferris State University, Grand Rapids Community College, Hope College, Kendall College of Art and Design, Kuyper College, Muskegon Community College and Western Michigan University.
Any current college student or college graduate is invited to attend.
Organizers expect more than 1,000 people to attend. The fair begins at 1 p.m. and continues until 5 p.m.
There is no need to pre-register, but students should bring their college IDs with them.
