GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Jountay Davis, who was acquitted in a Grand Rapids road rage murder while his sister was convicted, was arrested Nov. 9 on various charges.

Davis was arrested for delivery/manufacture of less than 50 grams of narcotics or cocaine, possession of marijuana, violation of the controlled substances act, two counts of allowing a person with a suspended license to operate a vehicle, non-payment of child support and being a habitual offender.

In this incident, he posted bond and was released. No arraignment date has been set.

He and his sister, Jeannette Davis, were tried for the road rage killing of Lance Byers in February. On July 20, she was convicted but he was not.

That day, Jountay Davis walked out of court hand-in-hand with his fiancee, as a free man. He did not answer questions.
