One person shot to death on GR street

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - One person was shot to death around 4 a.m. Sunday in Grand Rapids, and the shooter may still be at-large.
The victim has been identified as Terrance Bruce Williams.
The shooting happened at the corner of Division Avenue and Franklin Street SE, in a parking area near New York Fried Chicken and Franklin Big Save.
Police began their investigation after being dispatched to Saint Mary's Heath Care where the 24-year-old male victim was transported, had surgery but died from the injuries.
No further information is available at this time.
