GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - One person was stabbed at a northeast Grand Rapids apartment complex Thursday evening.

It happened at Oakview Apartments, 1457 Burke Ave. NE.

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to Grand Rapids police.

One person is in police custody.

A public relations spokesman for the apartment complex said the victim and suspect were not tenants.
