GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids on Friday will unveil some of its new features from its expansion project.
The public will get its first look at the Idema Forest Realm, funicular, and Bissell Tree House.
Then on Saturday the Gifts of the Wild gift shop will open, as well as many of the zoo's seasonal and interactive exhibits.
Admission for adults is $8.50, $6.50 for children ages 3 to 13, and kids 2 and under are always free.
